Who uses this app
n8n jobhunt is a personal automation used by one person, its owner, Martín Prado Guerra. It is not offered to the public and no one else can sign in to it.
What data it accesses
With the owner's consent through Google sign-in, the app reads messages in the owner's own Gmail account and adds or removes Gmail labels on them. It does not send email on anyone's behalf and does not access any other Google account.
How the data is used
Messages are examined only to decide whether they relate to the owner's job applications and what stage they report (for example a rejection, an interview invitation or an assessment). The outcome is stored as a label in Gmail and as a row in a tracker on the owner's own server. The text of a message may be sent to an AI model provider solely to perform this classification; it is not used for advertising, sold, or shared for any other purpose.
Storage and retention
Credentials and results are kept on a server owned and operated by the owner, behind access controls. The owner can revoke the app's access at any time from Google account permissions, after which no further data is read.
Google API Services
The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
